Buying a humanoid across a border is a project: the right configuration, a seller who will deliver, freight with lithium batteries, conformity marking, customs, VAT. Tell us what you need and we work it out with you: which machine, which seller, what it costs delivered, and what your country asks for.

Scope
You tell us what the machine should do and where it will live. We answer with an honest fit check: which robot, which configuration (hands, EDU unlock, spare battery), and whether you should buy at all this year.

Source
We find the channel that wins on delivered cost, warranty, and lead time: the maker directly or a seller in your own market, and get you a real quote. You see the numbers side by side.

Import
If you import it yourself, we lay out the route: export paperwork, lithium-battery freight, customs classification, duty and VAT, conformity documents, and a customs broker to file the entry. If a machine cannot be imported compliantly, we say so before you pay anyone.

Deliver
You buy from the seller directly, at the seller's price; the seller, or you with your broker, is the importer of record. We stay on the thread until the crate is at your door, with a first-hour checklist: unboxing, charging, e-stop, first boot, SDK access.
What it costs
Asking costs nothing. You pay the seller directly, at the seller's price, and freight, duty, and VAT go to whoever charges them, never through us. For a job that needs more than advice, such as negotiating a fleet order, we quote a fixed fee before any work starts.
Some sellers pay us a referral commission, disclosed next to their link. It never decides which seller we point you to, and talking you out of the wrong purchase is part of the service.
