No hands, none offered
Yanshee has articulated arms but no hands, fingers, or grippers. The arms are used for gestures, dance, and posing, not for grasping or manipulating objects. Payload manipulation is not a design goal. Users who want an end effector 3D-print their own or attach third-party tools.

Reality check
This is a 37 cm classroom teaching robot with no hands and about an hour of battery: it will delight students learning to code and do computer vision, but it will not fetch, carry, or do any real-world work.
Can you get one, and what will it cost?
A planning estimate with machine, freight, duty, and tax shown separately.
Yes: a seller in the United States lists it, so you buy it without importing it yourself.
US authorization: FCC ID 2AHJX-YANSHEE, granted 7 August 2018: authorized before the 28 July 2026 cutoff for foreign-made robots, so it can still be imported and sold in the US.
The maker publishes no price for the Yanshee, so there is no import estimate to United States. A seller in the United States does list it, and that price is the delivered figure here.

About the Yansheebackground, hardware and buying reality
It packs 17 servos, an 8 MP camera, a full sensor suite (gyroscope, temperature, humidity, pressure, infrared), and an onboard user-accessible Raspberry Pi 3B running Raspbian. Out of the box it walks, dances, recognizes faces and voices, and takes voice commands via a free app with Blockly programming, so a non-coder gets value on day one. Its real purpose is the open platform underneath: students program it in Python, C/C++, Java, or Blockly and integrate ROS. It has arms but no hands or grippers, no autonomy, and a single ~1-hour battery. Think of it as a programmable robotics teaching tool, not a working humanoid that manipulates objects.
What it does on day onewith zero programming
Charge it, install the free Yanshee app (iOS/Android), and out of the box it walks, gets up, dances, and runs preset motions; responds to voice commands; does face, image, and voice recognition; reads its onboard sensors (gyroscope, temperature, humidity, pressure, infrared); and speaks and answers simple questions. You can drive all of this and do Blockly (drag-and-drop) programming with zero coding.
Best for: Schools, universities, and self-directed learners who want an affordable, fully open humanoid platform to teach robotics, computer vision, voice AI, and ROS. Ideal for a classroom set or a maker who wants to program a walking biped in Python without building hardware from scratch.
