KEENON Robotics XMAN-F1
KEENON's first bipedal humanoid: a role-trained service worker that mixes drinks, scoops popcorn, brews tea and clears tables, leased to businesses by the hour rather than sold by the unit.

Dexterous hands included
Ships with two dexterous manipulating arms (reported as 7-DOF each with force-feedback sensing) used in demos to scoop popcorn, mix drinks, brew tea, tidy rooms, and clear tables. KEENON has not published finger count or grip force for the F1 end-effectors, and a widely repeated "300 kg single-arm load" figure refers to KEENON's industrial arm bench tests, not this humanoid's working payload.

Reality check
This is a role-tailored appliance, not a general-purpose robot you can buy and hack. There is no public price, no SDK, and no off-the-shelf order button. KEENON leases it per job (aimed below half of local labor cost), some tasks only work when it is paired with KEENON's other robots, and as of its July 2025 WAIC debut it is still in pilot deployments (Shangri-La, Walmart) rather than open sale. CEO Li Tong is blunt: "At this stage, we don't expect to create an all-purpose robot."

Price notes: No public price. KEENON deliberately withheld pricing and availability for the F1 at its WAIC 2025 debut (unlike its wheeled XMAN-R1, which does carry pricing). CEO Li Tong frames the go-to-market as labor outsourcing: KEENON leases robots for less than half the cost of local human labor rather than selling units outright, so the real number is a per-role monthly lease negotiated per deployment, not a sticker price.

Size to scale
Drawn next to a 1.80 m (5 ft 11 in) person. Every robot on the site uses this same reference, so you can trust the comparison at a glance.
What it does on day onewith zero programming
Out of the box, the F1 is a role-trained service worker, not a blank platform. Powered by KEENON's KOM2.0 vision-language-action model and role-specific "ProS" training, it autonomously navigates, avoids obstacles, understands spoken instructions and gestures via 3D vision and voice recognition, and performs a defined job: mixing personalized soft drinks with adjustable ice, scooping popcorn, brewing tea to a set temperature, tidying rooms, clearing tables, and delivering onstage product demos. Its RL-based balance system lets it step over obstacles up to 5 cm high and recover from unexpected bumps.
Best for: Hospitality, retail, and healthcare operators who want a humanoid front-of-house or service worker for a specific, repeatable role (reception, bartending, guest service) delivered as an outsourced-labor lease, not a robot to buy and program.
What it takes to developskills, gear, and SDK access
Not sold as a developer kit. There is no published SDK, API, or open framework for the F1. It arrives configured for a specific service role trained by KEENON, and its more complex "solutions" depend on KEENON's own ecosystem (pairing with the M104 logistics robot for medical stations or the T10 delivery robot for bar service), so extending it means working through KEENON's integration teams, not writing your own code.
SDK access: No public SDK or developer documentation. Autonomy runs on KEENON's proprietary KOM2.0 VLA model with role-tailored "ProS" skill training done by KEENON. Buyers configure tasks and deploy through KEENON's platform and services rather than programming the robot directly.
