Dexterous hands included
Ships with self-developed bionic five-finger dexterous hands as standard. Each hand weighs about 800g and carries a rated load of 5kg, with an integrated drive-sensor-control design and multi-source touch, force, and vision sensing for sub-millimeter-precision manipulation (twisting screws, changing bulbs, folding clothes). The company also sells standalone dexterous hands (Handle L1 / L1 Pro) separately, but the 01 comes with its hands.

This is a quote-only industrial pilot platform, not a product you can price or buy: there is no public price, no SDK, and no consumer path, and the folding-clothes and lamp-assembly demos are engineered showcases, not turnkey autonomy you get on delivery. If you want a robot with a checkout button, this is not it (and don't confuse it with the cheaper consumer CASBOT 02).

What it does on day onewith zero programming
Out of the box for a deploying customer it can stand, walk, and balance on two legs, and (in vendor-demonstrated tasks) run and jump, plus perform scripted manipulation such as sorting clothes, assembling a desk lamp, changing a light bulb, and driving screws. It perceives its surroundings through head-mounted RGBD cameras, lidar, IMUs, and mics for vision and audio interaction. Real day-one autonomy is limited: demonstrated skills are engineered/task-specific, not a general do-anything home assistant.
Best for: Industrial, mining, and energy operators wanting to pilot a full-size dexterous humanoid for hazardous or repetitive manual tasks through a direct vendor engagement.
What it takes to developskills, gear, and SDK access
This is an industrial integration platform, not a plug-and-play consumer robot. Realizing value requires an engineering engagement with the vendor: task programming, teleoperation/demonstration data collection, and integration into a specific workflow. The motion stack uses adversarial motion priors plus whole-body control and imitation learning (GAIL), so new manipulation skills are trained and tuned per deployment rather than downloaded.
SDK access: No public SDK, API, or developer documentation was found. CASBOT 01 is delivered as a solution to enterprise customers rather than as an open developer platform; software access is handled through direct engagement with Lingbao CASBOT.
