N2
A cheap, backflipping 114 cm biped famous from the Beijing half-marathon, mass-produced in China and reachable internationally by quote. The base N2 runs built-in modes with no SDK access; development needs the N2 EDU.
$5,500
Verified this monthDelivered to United States: from ~$8,347(~€7,436)
About 40% on China-origin collected today: the 2.5% MFN base, 25% Section 301 List 1, and the 12.5% Section 301 forced-labor duty effective 24 Jul 2026 with no expiry. It began the same morning the 10% Section 122 surcharge lapsed, so the total rose from about 37.5% rather than falling to 27.5%. Confirm the live rate before ordering.

Reality check
The backflips are real and the price is right, but this is an agility showpiece for classrooms and demos, not a manipulation or autonomy platform, and the base N2 has no SDK access: Noetix lists secondary development only on the N2 EDU.
Can you get one, and what will it cost?
A planning estimate with machine, freight, duty, and tax shown separately.
Yes, with work: importable into United States.
US authorization: We found no public FCC ID for this model. Since 28 July 2026 a foreign-made robot can be sold into the US only under an FCC authorization from before that date, so ask the seller for its FCC ID, or its Supplier's Declaration of Conformity dated before 28 July 2026, before you pay.
Spare batteries and other accessories are excluded. Confirm compatibility and pricing with the seller.

Entertainment and campus outreach for the base N2; university research and teaching use need the N2 EDU, the only version with secondary development.
Price notes: About $5,500 (RMB 39,900) mass-production price in China. It is built to order rather than stocked, so expect a lead time. The igus RBTX marketplace that served EU and US now shows the N2 listing as unavailable, so international buyers order through an RBTX quote or Noetix directly rather than an instant cart. Noetix lists two versions without prices on its site: the N2 and the N2 EDU, the only one with secondary development, which resellers price higher (Robots International: $20,892.50 against $15,361.93 for the base N2 Athlete).
Links marked commission link are affiliate links: if you buy through one, Robots International pays HumanoidStore a share of the sale, at no cost to you. Which sellers we list, their order, and everything we say about a machine are decided without regard to it.

What it does on day onewith zero programming
Runs at 2 m/s, jumps, does continuous backflips, and runs demo routines from the gamepad. It is an entertainment and campus-outreach platform, not a task robot, and the base N2 has no SDK access: Noetix lists secondary development only on the N2 EDU.
Best for: Entertainment and outreach buyers who want an affordable, agile biped and can order it by quote; schools and labs that want to program it need the N2 EDU.
Documented uses
Noetix lists entertainment performances and campus outreach among N2 scenarios and shows it doing flips and high-speed running.
Noetix lists secondary development only on the N2 EDU, which adds a Jetson Orin Nano Super, so the base N2 runs built-in modes and has ball hands that cannot grasp.
Source reviewed 2026-10-05Assessment from published documentation, not an independent performance test. Applies to the configuration described above.
What it takes to developskills, gear, and SDK access
None on the base N2: it runs built-in walking, running, dance and teach-and-replay modes from the gamepad on 6 TOPS of onboard compute, with no secondary development. Programming needs the N2 EDU (6+67 TOPS, Jetson Orin Nano Super) plus Linux and DDS SDK skills.
