No hands, none offered
CyberOne was shown handing Lei Jun a flower on stage, so it has some kind of end effector, but Xiaomi never released hand specs, never offered hands as a product, and never sold the robot at all. There is no dexterous-hand SKU to buy because there is no robot to buy.

Reality check
You cannot buy this. The "$89K" that gets quoted is Xiaomi's own build-cost estimate for a single prototype, not a price, and there has never been an SDK, a hands option, or a way to order one.
Can you get one, and what will it cost?
A planning estimate with machine, freight, duty, and tax shown separately.
You cannot order the CyberOne today: it is research only.
Nobody. It is an internal Xiaomi research prototype shown once on stage in August 2022. There is no order page, no reseller, no enterprise pilot program open to outsiders, and no announced production date. Xiaomi denied reports of imminent mass production in 2025.

Price notes: There is no sale price because CyberOne is not sold. The only real number Lei Jun gave at the 2022 reveal is a build-cost estimate of roughly 600,000 to 700,000 yuan per unit (about $89,000 to $104,000 at the time), and he called that figure too expensive for production. Treat any "$89K" you see quoted as a manufacturing cost Xiaomi mentioned, not a listed price you can pay.

Size to scale
Drawn next to a 1.80 m (5 ft 11 in) person. Every robot on the site uses this same reference, so you can trust the comparison at a glance.

What it does on day onewith zero programming
Nothing you can do, because you cannot obtain one. Even inside Xiaomi it was a demonstration platform: it walked, recognized emotions and sounds, and handed over a flower on a controlled stage, not a machine you deploy to do work.
Best for: Understanding where a mass-market consumer giant drew the line on humanoids in 2022. It is a reference point and a demo, not a robot for a lab, a factory, or a home.
What it takes to developskills, gear, and SDK access
Irrelevant for a buyer: there is no unit and no published SDK, so there is nothing to develop against. This is a spec-sheet-and-video landmark, not a development platform. If you want a programmable full-size Chinese humanoid you can actually get, look at Unitree or Fourier, not this.
