Zerith H1
A wheeled, height-adjustable two-arm humanoid that Zerith now sells as a general manipulation platform: in its H1 Pro form it runs the company's robot shops and an unmanned retail warehouse in China, and it is offered to labs and colleges with an open SDK. The hotel housekeeping role of its 2025 launch is no longer on Zerith's site.

Grippers, not dexterous hands
Each arm ends in a two-finger gripper as standard, per Zerith's spec page; a dexterous hand is optional, but only the OYMotion ROH-LiteS001 fits and Zerith says a robot ordered with it cannot be switched back to grippers. Single-arm payload is 1 kg rated and 1.5 kg maximum. The vacuum and mop attachments described in 2025 listings are not on the maker's spec page.

Reality check
You are buying a 111 kg wheeled two-arm platform with two-finger grippers and a 1 kg rated arm payload, not the hotel cleaner of the 2025 launch coverage: Zerith's site now pitches retail picking, data collection and research, shows no price (the RMB 99,000 figure is press-reported), is Chinese only, and says some functions need human operation or your own development.

You cannot order the Zerith H1 today: it is b2b only.
Sold to businesses and institutions, not individuals: retailers, data-collection operators, colleges and research labs. Purchase is by the business-cooperation form on Zerith's site, which asks for a company or institution name, and the RMB 99,000 figure is a 2025 press-reported China price the site does not show. Zerith's site reports cumulative orders of nearly RMB 300 million and 20+ robot-shop sites in operation; these are self-reported, not independently audited.

Price notes: Zerith publishes no price: its site offers a business-cooperation form only. The RMB 99,000 figure (about $13,600; Forbes quoted 'around $13,700') was reported by the press at the 2025 launch as the China B2B price and could not be confirmed on the maker's site, where retail deployments now use an H1 Pro. Western reseller listings mark it up hard: Robots International lists the H1 at $44,551.66 with an add-to-cart (checked 5 Oct 2026). No official EUR price is published.

What it does on day onewith zero programming
Zerith publishes no day-one skill list for a bare H1. Its site documents whole-body VR teleoperation that works out of the box, autonomous picking inside Zerith-built retail systems (robot shops and unmanned warehouses, with remote supervision and on-site backup) and a data-collection workflow, and it states that some functions need human operation or secondary development. The hotel housekeeping routine of the 2025 launch coverage (vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, restocking) is not on the maker's site today.
Best for: Chinese retailers that want Zerith's robot-shop or unmanned-warehouse solution, and labs, data-collection centers and vocational colleges that want a wheeled two-arm platform with an open SDK and VR teleoperation, bought through a business inquiry.

Zerith documents an open SDK, VR teleoperation and vocational training programs for the H1, and lists a Hefei Department Store unmanned warehouse as a customer case.
Retail work is a Zerith-built commercial solution on the H1 Pro that needs a contract, site integration, remote supervision and on-site backup, and the standard gripper has two fingers.
