Reality check
It does more real work per day than almost any rival, but at about $200k plus deployment and a yearly software fee (or $8,500 a month as RaaS), with paddle grippers instead of hands, it is an operations contract, not a robot you buy and tinker with.

Price notes: Agility publishes no list price, but its own SEC filing (S-4/A, 30 Sep 2026) gives illustrative Digit 5 economics: about $200,000 one-time for the robot, about $20,000 to deploy it and an annual Arc software and maintenance subscription, or a RaaS rental of $8,500 a month plus about $25,000 to deploy. These are the company's planning figures, not a quote; the ~$250,000 often repeated came from aggregators. The primary go-to-market is RaaS: a recurring fee bundling hardware, workcell, Agility Arc fleet software, and support. Agility cites ~$10-12/hour operating cost trending to $2-3/hour. Viability signal: on 24 June 2026 Agility agreed to go public via a ~$2.5B SPAC merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI (expected ticker AGLT), the first US-listed pure-play humanoid company. Its SEC filings put more than $300M in multi-year customer orders for Digit 5 behind it, subject to contractual milestones. Digit 5 itself was unveiled on 15 Sep 2026, with early access expected in the first half of 2027 and general availability by the end of 2027.

What it does on day onewith zero programming
For enterprise buyers: genuinely deployed, doing scheduled tote moves and machine loading autonomously within a configured workflow via Agility Arc. Arguably the most real work per day of any Western humanoid. Workflows are configured with Agility, not hacked in a lab.
Best for: Enterprise logistics operations that want a humanoid actually doing tote and machine-tending work.
What it takes to developskills, gear, and SDK access
An enterprise integration project: site survey, workcell setup, Agility Arc configuration, and WMS integration.
SDK access: Agility Arc cloud platform for fleet orchestration; developer/partner APIs exist but access is via commercial agreement.
