Dexterous hands included
Integrated hands, 12 DoF per NEURA's datasheet. NEURA rates the arms payload at 20 kg; the widely quoted 100 kg is its own footnote for leg-supported configurations (the load carried against the body), not what the arms lift.

Reality check
The funding and the spec sheet are dazzling, but nothing has reached a customer yet, so a reservation buys a well-backed promise, not a proven robot.
Can you get one, and what will it cost?
A planning estimate with machine, freight, duty, and tax shown separately.
Delivery to United States needs seller confirmation.
US authorization: We found no public FCC ID for this model. Since 28 July 2026 a foreign-made robot can be sold into the US only under an FCC authorization from before that date, so ask the seller for its FCC ID, or its Supplier's Declaration of Conformity dated before 28 July 2026, before you pay.
We do not have a confirmed shipping route for the 4NE1 to United States. Coverage in another country does not establish delivery here, so no delivered total is shown.
Reservations accepted, but no US distribution or support yet.

What it does on day onewith zero programming
Claimed: multi-language voice interaction, navigation, and pick-and-place via NVIDIA Isaac GR00T plus Neura's Neuraverse platform, with teleoperation and a digital twin. All manufacturer claims; no independent out-of-box reviews exist yet.
Best for: European buyers who want a home-grown, well-funded, warranty-backed humanoid and can wait for delivery.
What it takes to developskills, gear, and SDK access
For real use: ROS 2 / Python / C++ against the Neura SDK, with Isaac Lab familiarity useful. The Mini Standard lacks teleop/digital-twin features (Pro tier needed).
SDK access: Python, ROS 2, and C++ SDK; Neuraverse OS with a developer marketplace and fleet skill-sharing, plus NVIDIA Isaac GR00T as the reasoning layer.
