Reality check

Ten months after its reveal you cannot even reserve one: the checkout says out of stock, the April delivery date has already slipped once without notice, and the reservation terms let NEURA change the price and specification before you commit.

Effectively no

You cannot order the 4NE1 Mini today: it is announced.

NEURA's checkout takes private and business customers, from the EU and EEA, Switzerland, Canada and the US (the shop's country list), and sends larger quantities to its contact form. A reservation is non-binding on both sides: NEURA can cancel it at any time and refund the fee.

Price notes: NEURA's estimated prices: Standard EUR 19,999 (no hands) and Pro EUR 29,999 (12-DoF dexterous hands, C++ SDK, digital twin, teleoperation), both 'excluding taxes and shipping', reserved with a EUR 100 refundable fee (EUR 119 with German VAT at checkout) and the balance 'due upon shipping'. On 27 Oct 2026 NEURA's checkout refused both reservations as 'out of stock' and its shop data listed both as out of stock, while the public page still shows Reserve buttons and the full-size 4NE1 can still be reserved. Delivery was promised 'by April 2026' in January and now reads 'in 2026'; no unit has been delivered. NEURA's reservation terms let it change the price, specification and delivery date before a binding order.

About the 4NE1 Minibackground, hardware and buying reality

NEURA Robotics showed the 4NE1 Mini at CES in January 2026 as a smaller, cheaper sibling of its full-size 4NE1, built on the same AI and perception as the 4NE1 Gen 3, and opened EUR 100 refundable reservations the same month. NEURA's datasheet (V1, 1 January 2026) gives 132 cm, 36 kg, 25 degrees of freedom in the body, 3 kg payload, 4.6 km/h top speed and 2.5 hours of motion endurance, with Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit Ethernet, ROS 2 and Python SDKs. The reservation page said 'expected to be available by April 2026' in January and 'expected to be available in 2026' from August, while the datasheet and the 4NE1 page still say Spring 2026; no slip was announced and no customer delivery has been reported. Reservations are non-binding: NEURA may change specifications, price and delivery date before a binding order and may cancel any reservation with a refund. On 22 October 2026 NEURA launched the full-size 4NE1 Gen 4 without saying whether the Mini will follow it. Several catalog sites list the Mini at 110 cm and 25 kg or say it ships in April 2026; NEURA's own datasheet says otherwise.

What it does on day onewith zero programming

Nothing has been delivered, so there is no owner report. NEURA lists natural-language voice interaction in several languages, computer vision and reinforcement learning, and positions the Standard for education, basic voice interaction and entertainment. Its public appearances so far are NEURA's own demos: CES 2026 in Las Vegas and the VfB Stuttgart kickoff on 15 March 2026.

Best for: European schools, labs and showrooms that want a mid-size humanoid with voice interaction from a German maker at under EUR 30,000, and can wait for an open order book and a real delivery date.

What it takes to developskills, gear, and SDK access

Python and ROS 2 for anything beyond the built-in interaction; the Pro adds a C++ SDK, a digital twin and teleoperation for research and manipulation work. No public SDK documentation was found.

SDK access: Python SDK, ROS 2 interface and NEURA Sync on both editions; C++ SDK, digital-twin access, teleoperation and NEURA Gym training on the Pro (NEURA's January datasheet lists the C++ SDK for the Mini in general). Skills are meant to come through NEURA's Neuraverse platform, which opened to early-access partners in January 2026.
