Fixed dummy hands. Unitree's spec table lists no dexterous hand for the base H2 and its official US partner says the Basic does not support dexterous hand upgrades: Dex3-1 (~$6,500/hand) and Dex5-1 (from ~$25,000) hands are options on the H2 EDU only.

The $29,900 headline is a bare China price on a locked demo unit: after import, duty and VAT it still only dances on a remote, because hands and custom code come only with the separate H2 EDU.

About 40% on China-origin collected today: the 2.5% MFN base, 25% Section 301 List 1, and the 12.5% Section 301 forced-labor duty effective 24 Jul 2026 with no expiry. It began the same morning the 10% Section 122 surcharge lapsed, so the total rose from about 37.5% rather than falling to 27.5%. Confirm the live rate before ordering.
